US FORCES EUMA ON INDIA

India which has signed the End User Agreement with the US raises big questions.Was India coerced into singing the agreement? Has India's non-proliferation foreign policy been undermined? If so, why was the parliament and the people not taken into confidence? With its majority in the Parliament, does the govt have an absolute free hand to take decisions arbitrarily.
